Shipping Profiles allow you to set up how shipping costs are calculated and displayed to your customers at checkout. You can create multiple profiles and assign them to different products. To get started, go to Shipping Profiles in your seller dashboard and click Create a Shipping Profile.

Selecting a Shipping Method

When creating a new shipping profile, you will first be prompted to select a shipping fee option. There are three options:

• Calculated Shipping (Automatic Rates) — Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the buyer's location. Requires connecting to a free Shippo account. The buyer pays the exact shipping cost.
• Free Shipping (Preferred) — Shipping cost is included in your product price. This is the option buyers love most.
• Shipping by Weight (You Set the Rates) — You set your own shipping prices based on order weight using a simple table. You control what the buyer pays and which service you use.

Select the option that best fits your products, then click Create a Shipping Profile.

Calculated Shipping

With Calculated Shipping, real-time rates are automatically pulled from USPS based on the buyer's location at checkout.

You must connect a free Shippo account to use this option. If you have not already done so, you can connect a Shippo account by clicking the button at the top of the page and following the on-screen prompts.

1. Enter a profile name in the Name this profile field. This is for your reference only and is not visible to buyers.
2. Make sure all store contact information and address is correct.
3. Check Use as return address if this address should also be used for returns (optional).
4. Fill in the processing time. This is the time it takes to prepare or make the order.
5. Under Shipping Service, select the USPS service you use. Available options include:
   • Ground Advantage (~5 business days)
   • First Class Package International (~15 business days)
   • Priority Mail (~2 business days)
   • Priority Mail International (~8 business days)
   • Priority Mail Express (~1 business day)
   • Priority Mail Express International (~5 business days)
6. Click Save Changes.

With Free Shipping, the cost of shipping is built into your product price. No shipping fee is charged to the buyer at checkout.

1. Enter a profile name in the Name this profile field. This is for your reference only and is not visible to buyers.
2. Make sure all store contact information and address is correct.
3. Check Use as return address if this address should also be used for returns (optional).
4. Fill in the processing time. This is the time it takes to prepare or make the order.
5. Fill in the Delivery Time. This is the time it takes in transit.
6. Click Save Changes.

You may optionally use the Shipping Estimator tool to help calculate your shipping costs when pricing your products. Click Shipping Estimator to enter package weight, size, and preferred USPS service to get an estimate.
