Once your seller application has been approved, you will need to log in to Handmade.com to access your store dashboard. Follow the steps below based on whether or not you already have an account.
If You Did Not Create an Account Before Applying
You will need to create an account before you can log in.
- Go to the Handmade.com homepage.
- Click the dropdown menu at the top of the page and select Sign Up.
- Fill in the required information. Make sure the email address you enter matches the one you used on your seller application.
- Complete the sign up process and log in to access your store dashboard.
If You Already Have an Account
- Go to the Handmade.com homepage.
- Click the dropdown menu at the top of the page and select Login.
- Enter your email address and password.
- Click Login to access your store dashboard.
Accessing Your Dashboard
Once logged in, you can access your store dashboard at any time by clicking the dropdown menu at the top of the homepage and selecting Manage Your Store.
Troubleshooting
If you are unable to log in, check the following:
- Use your application email. You must log in with the same email address you used when you applied to become a seller or you will not see Manage Your Store in the dropdown menu.
- If you know your email is correct and still do not see Manage Your Store in the dropdown menu, log out and back in again.
- Check for extra spaces. Make sure there are no spaces before or after your email address in the login field. Extra spaces can prevent a successful login even if your credentials are correct.
- Check your password. Make sure Caps Lock is off and your password is entered correctly.
Forgot Your Password?
- Click the dropdown menu at the top of the homepage and select Login.
- Click Forgot password? below the login form.
- Enter the email address you used on your seller application.
- Check your email for a password reset link and follow the prompts to set a new password.
- Log in with your updated password.
