Karla Ely Glass Pahrump, NV, USA | Why be Normal? (especially as concerns art)

I am largely a self-taught artist; though I have completed post-secondary classes in fine art, the bulk of my working knowledge over the past three decades has been gleaned via private instruction and self -exploration.

Daily observations often inspire new work - a walk in the desert, observing native flora or a visit to the seaside to glimpse the natural environment have all provided the impetus for new work.

My art is continuously evolving, and I am eager to employ novel techniques to create fused glass pieces that are innovative and engaging.
