Good-Feathers From elegant woodland creatures to delightfully quirky birds, every one has a story.

Inside this little wool-filled world, birds whisper wisdom, sea creatures carry secrets, and every handmade creation arrives with a personality entirely its own. Using soft wool, a barbed needle, and a great deal of imagination, I create needle felted creatures meant to spark joy, laughter, nostalgia, and connection. Some are whimsical, some wise, some wonderfully odd — but each is made slowly by hand and meant to feel like a tiny companion with a story to tell.

For nearly four decades I ran a dance school and taught the art of movement and performance. In retirement, I discovered another form of storytelling through needle felting. What began as curiosity quickly became a passion for creating whimsical birds and woodland creatures full of personality, humor, and heart. Every piece is handmade slowly with wool, imagination, and a love for bringing joy to others.
