"When the pandemic started, many of us lost our jobs and had to look for a solution to generate income. It was at that moment that we decided to come together and start a project, and that's how the Familia Marchena Medal group was born.
"From the very beginning, when we started brainstorming ideas for creating products, we made the decision to rescue wood and give it a new lease on life, aiming to be innovative with our products. Our purpose is not to cut down trees because we are conservationists. We want to convey the message that beautiful things can be created from wood scraps that would otherwise go to waste. Our vision and mission are to raise awareness about nature and promote wood rescue and reuse.
