I ordered this for my husband and an upcoming fall trip to Scotland. I am thinking I need to steal this from him. The fabric is wonderfully soft and silky. There is absolutely no itchiness. It is light, thin, warm, and feels wonderful next to your skin. It would be worth every penny at twice the price. It is very well made, and I was especially taken by the lovely gauze pouch it came in.

I love the delicate look and feel of this shawl, but am disappointed that you can clearly only wear it on one side. The reverse side has the numerous threads used to design the intricate pattern, but these are easy to snag or catch on things and look unfinished. I light lining of some type would look more finished and protect from constant snags.

I feel warmth and it feels soft, but it won't keep you warm in low temperatures.
