When an order comes in, fulfilling it promptly keeps your buyers happy and gets you into the payment queue. Here's how to do it step by step.
- Open the order you wish to fulfill.
- Create a new box.
- Select your shipping option:
- Shipping with Shippo -- Select "Create Label" to generate your shipping label. Follow the on-screen prompts and make sure all information is complete.
- Default shipping -- manually enter tracking number and carrier
- If your order has more than one box, repeat the steps above.
- Once you've added all box information, click "Order Fulfilled".
Once your order is marked "fulfilled", you will be added to the payout queue. Payouts should be received within two weeks or sooner.
