beautiful cobalt blue

I like this poncho very much. It's useful for flipping on to go outside briefly, or around the house for a little extra warmth, and as a bed jacket when I'm reading in bed at night. I feel warmth and it feels soft, but it won't keep you warm in low temperatures. In fact it has a label on it that says that it's 100% modal, although I don't think it IS modal - it feels warmer than any modal material I've had. It's not as warm as other cashmere I have. However, I think it is very good for the price, and even if it's modal, I'll keep it because it is such a lovely colour and good for daily life for me.

A Real Delight!

I ordered this for my husband and an upcoming fall trip to Scotland. I am thinking I need to steal this from him. The fabric is wonderfully soft and silky. There is absolutely no itchiness. It is light, thin, warm, and feels wonderful next to your skin. It would be worth every penny at twice the price. It is very well made, and I was especially taken by the lovely gauze pouch it came in.

Lovely But One-Sided

I love the delicate look and feel of this shawl, but am disappointed that you can clearly only wear it on one side. The reverse side has the numerous threads used to design the intricate pattern, but these are easy to snag or catch on things and look unfinished. I light lining of some type would look more finished and protect from constant snags.
