"My name is I Wayan Sukarda, born in 1984 to a hard-working family in Manukaya Gianyar. When I was a student, my parents couldn't support me much due to financial problems. That's why I started learning how to craft alternative jewelry. I worked as a craftsman until finally I was able to graduate with a diploma in tourism.
"I'm a patient and humble man who is always sincere, which makes me strong and able to know what is best for me. People know me as diligent, friendly, and helpful. I'm a married man with no children.
"I learned hard so I can do the best for the people who buy my jewelry. Thank God that Bali is rich in culture and ideas. I feel inspiration appear when I'm doing yoga and visiting natural places.
"I'm self-taught and love to experiment. The materials I mainly use are bull horn, bone, different woods and silver, and I work with manual tools. I create contemporary, modern and ancient designs."
