SAN JOSE, 
Some of my best memories are of being taught to sew by my mother. We made clothes, dolls, and all sorts of home decor items. After my kids got older, I got into quilting and have been happily carrying on my mom's love of sewing.
Having inherited a large collection of fabric from my mom, I've seen what a great treasure there is in rescuing craft supplies. Between people downsizing their crafting, family members who cannot use the supplies of a departed family member, and creative reuse stores that rely on donations of supplies so they don't go to landfill, I have come into a great collection of fabric, yarn, and other amazing goodies.
