I was born in the beautiful department of Alta Verapaz in 1979. I grew up there, surrounded by the most amazing natural scenery, so it's no wonder that I have a deep love of nature.
I create innovative and functional designs for furniture, kitchen and home decor.
When I was in cooking school I realized that what all of us cooks have in common is a need to have useful articles in plain sight. It's exciting to know that other people share my vision and that's why I'm very happy and grateful to be a part of Novica. Through you, I am able to contribute to raising people's perception of my beloved Guatemala wherever they are in the world. Guatemala is my home, and I want my children to love my country as much as I do.
It hasn't been easy, though. I've had to face painful situations but the love I receive from the people around me and my passion for design have pulled me through and carry me forward.
Time has taught me that success arrives to those who never give up, and that every stumble has turned me into the strong woman I am today - happy and perseverant!.
