Kantu was born from a desire to bridge the ancient, sustainable traditions of Peruvian weavers with a contemporary, cosmopolitan lifestyle. Inspired by the Cantuta flower, a symbol of unity in the Andes, I set out to create a brand that celebrates both the world’s finest 100% Baby Alpaca wool and the skilled hands that craft it.
More than just a fashion label, Kantu is a purpose-driven mission. Having seen the challenges faced by young women in Peruvian orphanages, I committed our brand to their empowerment.
