Ase Artisan Whimsy and color, crafted for everyone
Ase Artisan Minnesota, USA | An artist of many colorful mediums
I never thought of myself as an artist growing up, and in fact considered myself the least artistic of my siblings. I wasn't good at drawing, and preferred to spend my time reading or playing computer games. Then in junior year of high school I signed up for a class on jewelry making to round out my elective credits, and in short order I was hooked. Metalwork, glasswork, stone setting, I loved it all, and eventually I branched out into kumihimo and other crafts that caught my eye, including chainmail and resin work.
I like creating things I like, and I like niche crafts and colorful things. From the whimsical to the nerdy to the fantastical, I put my heart into what I create in the hopes that it goes to someone who will enjoy wearing or using it just as much as I enjoyed making it.
