Andrew This pen is a beautiful piece of art work. And with the correct ink cartridge it writes amazingly as well. The only reason I didn't give a five star rating is because upon receiving the pen the ink cartridge did not work. I ended up ordering a gel refill and it works great. I also have had a little trouble with the spring that holds the cartridge. I'm going to see if I can get another one from Mrs. Putera.
