The traditional golden throne of the Ashanti people adorns a checkered and striped motif, with black representing spiritual maturation and yellow representing wealth. Each strip of kente cloth requires considerable effort, and the looms are worked with both hands and feet. The handwoven cotton wrap links four strips of kente with soft fringe on each end."

While helping her mother, she began to offer a small number of woodcarvings, which to her surprise sold very well in the market. This inspired Madam Adwoa to pursue woodcarving as a career. After a period of careful instruction in the creation and finishing of finely sculpted objects, she opened up her own workshop, under the banner, God moves in mysterious ways.
Currently Madam Adwoa heads a team of fifteen artisans in her workshop. As a highly evolved and dedicated creator, she demands only the best from her staff.
