Life is inspiration. I truly believe that, and in never giving up on one's dreams regardless of others' opinions or your own self doubt. It took me 1 month to sell my first painting online. I had accepted that perhaps painting for joy was all it would ever be for me when I was out on a walk with my husband. When we returned home from that walk, my first painting had sold. The joy was immeasurable. Now as I look back 16 years later I and almost 6000 fine art sales later I think about what an incredible journey it has been. Being an entrepreneur has had its waxing and waning moments. I have had buy one get one free sales over the years and times when I couldn't paint fast enough to create art at full price. But I have kept at it, always. I urge everyone interested in art to find their grit and know that it is truly possible and never give up. Your passion can truly become your reality with some persistence and belief.
