This sterling silver wave necklace with bronze sun is handmade and deeply satisfying. Its luminous, golden rays setting over gentle waves takes us back to lazy days spent on the beach - relaxing and picnicking without a care in the world. In the realm of the symbolic, deep water signifies the feminine unknown, the deep subconscious, and spiritual healing, while the sun brings strength and clarity. In a sense, this sun and waves charm is much like yin and yang, or masculine and feminine. Different but dependent on one another, like two sides of the same coin.

Comes on a simple sterling silver 18" cable chain with a spring ring clasp, adjustable to 16". The pendant measures 17x15mm, excluding jumpring.

In 1983, I was a teenager selling my handmade jewelry from a stand on Telegraph Avenue and wondering how I could turn my passion into a viable career. In search of answers, I studied business at UC Berkeley. Inspiration struck on a trip to Bali, where I discovered a thriving community of artisans. Working together, we brought to life a collection of silver jewelry. As the business evolved, I expanded our production to include a talented group of artisans in Thailand.
