Two Angels is a unique and captivating original mixed media 3D textured painting by Skye Taylor Galleries. Hand-crafted on a 9-3/4" x 13" x 3/4" wood cradle panel (not paper or canvas), this piece is created using a complex, discovered multi-layer raised texture and integrated frame process that takes weeks to complete. The entire composition features high, physical, dimensional relief, making this piece both a visual and tactile masterwork.

This artwork is distinct for its substantial, integrated, dimensional frame structure, which is built up with a deeply textured, heavy-granularity antique dark bronze bark-like texture, studded with multiple large, dark dimensional spheres, defining the edge. Within this dimensional frame is a central panel composition. A composition of two stylized ascending angel figures, defined by hundreds of intricate internal raised gold lines and interweaving spirals, dominates the center. The angels float against a radiant, multi-textured background of shimmering lavender with intricate raised lavender and silver swirl patterns and dimensional dots. Below the central figures, a geometric band of gold and black texture anchors the composition. I am a professional Award winning Artist since 1968 - My art has sold all over the world. -I was invited to Hong Kong in 2013 to Paint a Few murals for a Luxury Condo Complex with high end Shopping and Boutiques - Before Covid, my paintings were reproduced on Metal and sold on-line by Wal-mart, Target, Overstock.com. I have sold many paintings to Hollywood studios as well as Famous celebrities. In 2005 I designed the Late George Carlin's Funny Christmas Present hired by his staff, to compliment his book "Jesus pass the Pork Chops". In 1974 I painted a portrait for the late Dom Deluise that hung in his CBS Office when he starred in his TV Sitcom 'Lottsa Luck". In 2012 I won two director awards for Animation - I am the sole writer of Music And Lyrics since 2000 for the Country Group "Berkshires Moon" and a Music Group from Ireland called "The Irish Stompers. I have written 3 best sellers on Amazon in 2015. Other than that I'm a lazy bum who drinks coffee all day.
