I am inspired by helping to develop awareness of the plight of the underclass and common laborer. A personal explanation is included with each of my paintings.

My name is A.A. Darmayuda, and I was born in Singapadu, Bali in 1977. I have studied painting since high school and continued into college. Most of the people in my village are woodcarvers, especially carving the storyboards popularly called panil. However, painting is my creative concern.
