Walters Wish Jewelry

I create handcrafted gemstone jewelry made with solid sterling silver, gold filled, and natural gemstones. Every piece is made to order in my Connecticut home, one at a time. I started Walters Wish over 10 years ago, inspired by my pug Walter, and believe jewelry should be beautiful, well made, and meant to be worn every day. I'm grateful that every purchase also helps support pug rescue.

Kate Connecticut | I'm Kate. I handcraft genuine gemstone jewelry and support Pug Rescue with every sale.

Hello,

My name is Kate, and the delightful fellow here is the famous Walter, my cherished companion and business partner :)

Pugs have been my steadfast source of comfort and joy, especially during the most challenging times.

When my husband tragically passed away at the age of 40 and my son was just nine, it was my pugs who were my constant companions, offering cuddles and unconditional love as we watched TV together every night. Their quirky personalities always managed to bring a smile to my face.

Driven by a desire to give back to these wonderful creatures, I sought to assist families unable to bear the medical expenses for their pugs.

Often, when faced with unexpected veterinary bills due to sudden illnesses or injuries, families are left with the heart-wrenching decision to either euthanize their pet or surrender it to a rescue. My mission is to help keep pugs with their loving families.

Walter, my black Pug, has a simple wish: for all Pugs to be healthy and cherished in forever homes. In an effort to make Walter's dream a reality, I pledge a portion of every sale from Walters Wish Jewelry to support Pug Rescue organizations or individual Pugs in need.

Through this venture, I have been fortunate to merge my passion for jewelry with my deep love for pugs.

Thank you for taking time and helping us today

Love Kate & Walter

Maker BadgeHappy Place

I’m lucky enough to have two! My first is my craft room, where I lose track of time designing paper into cards. My second is the beach, there is nothing quite like listening to the waves and feeling the warm sand between my toes to completely recharge my creative soul.

Maker BadgeHidden Talent

When I'm not designing jewelry, my hands are still creating! My favorite hidden talent is crafting handmade cards for fun, there’s just something special about pairing a beautiful piece of jewelry with a heartfelt card.
