Today, I received my precious ”Sunny” gemstone tree. It was prettily packaged and gift-wrapped. Needless to say, I knew immediately that the item itself would be very precious given the way it was wrapped, and I was not mistaken. I'm assuming that the item was damaged during shipping. When I tried it on multiple fluorite chips ended up on the floor. The necklace still seemed to be salvageable after removing the broken stones but when I went to wear it I found additional broken stones. By that time I had tossed the packaging so I couldn't easily return it. I have purchased other items from this artisan which arrived just fine so I'm assuming this was a one time mailing issue.
