"I consider myself to be a woman in love with Mexican handicrafts in all their forms. I was born in the state of Guanajuato and I'm a jewelry artisan.
"My town is a magical one, filled with all of Mexico's art expressions. I decided to study something that would let me create things that convey the charm of our country and our culture.
"I've always been a creative and artistic person.
"Thanks to my career in industrial design, I learned contemporary processes and technologies that strengthened my passion for the arts.
"I can tell you, this has been a challenge but it's been fun. However, in developing my art, I think I've advanced without pressuring myself and everything has come together. I've learned to be patient and understand that things happen when they're meant to and in the way they should be. What I want most from my art is to enjoy it.

"My inspiration comes from our history, from my Mexican roots. I believe that this sums it all up. I try to express my feelings in each design I create.
