We are Yuli and Alan Canseco, a couple of Oaxacan artisans passionate about creating hand-carved alebrijes. From a young age, we were captivated by the magic of transforming a simple piece of wood into a fantastical creature. Today, our workshop is a place where creativity flows freely, and where we share our knowledge with our team. Born and raised in Oaxaca, we have dedicated our lives to preserving and enriching the tradition of alebrijes. Our workshop honors our ancestors and the vibrant Oaxacan culture.
