Nina Designs Celebrating jewelry as a joyful form of self-expression.

Nina Berkeley | Rooted in nature and ancient symbolism - Handcrafted using ethically sourced and recycled materials
Rooted in nature and ancient symbolism, our jewelry is handcrafted using ethically sourced and recycled materials. Discover designs that inspire connection, self-expression and a sense of wonder. Each piece begins as a hand drawn sketch in our home office in Berkeley.
In 1983, I was a teenager selling my handmade jewelry from a stand on Telegraph Avenue and wondering how I could turn my passion into a viable career. In search of answers, I studied business at UC Berkeley. Inspiration struck on a trip to Bali, where I discovered a thriving community of artisans. Working together, we brought to life a collection of silver jewelry. As the business evolved, I expanded our production to include a talented group of artisans in Thailand.
Our team remains focused on delivering the highest quality products by practicing fair trade and social responsibility. We strive to live up to our core values of Creativity, Inspiration, Empowerment, Ethics & Sustainability. We work hard to embody this spirit in our interactions with each other, our customers, our silversmiths, and the environment.
