The stone is polished, smooth, and a stand out example of true carnelian color. It is a good size but not overpowering. Nice for both casual or dressier wear. These earrings are very pretty. The pearls are lovely and the silver setting is shiny and bright. These would make a great gift but they are going to stay with me. The presentation in the darling draw string bag would also be perfect if purchased for a gift.

These lapis earrings are simple, substantial, and a nice size and weight. The silver framing is beautifully done. I could wish the "gold flecks" were as prominent as in the photo, but on mine they were not. They are still beautiful and very well crafted.
