"I am Chattima, born in 1967 in northern Thailand. My family has a background in furniture making, specializing in teak pieces. From a young age, I had a passion for art, which led me to study costume design at a vocational college in my hometown. After graduating, I ventured into tailoring, creating custom clothing for women. I manage all aspects of the process, from design to pattern making to sewing.
"I choose to incorporate cultural fabrics of Southeast Asia into my clothing because I am drawn to the vibrant, unique, and storytelling qualities of these fabrics. Preserving traditional hand embroidery techniques is also important to me. I believe it is a vital aspect of the charm of using these wonderful fabrics.
