“I had just finished my bachelor's degree when I decided to go ahead and start working in the factory my family owned. My father taught me every aspect of running the factory, from carving ceramics to managing our workforce and other employees. My very first offering was a collection of beautiful ceramics, including a bank for money.
“I source all of my supplies locally from Lampang, including the soil and the water used for glazing. In addition, everyone who works with me is from a community close by. At this point, I have ten employees, and my partner assists me with everything in the factory, particularly arty ceramics like hand-formed flower pots.
“I make an effort to give the ceramics a contemporary and distinctive appearance, and I believe that I can still fulfill all of my client's requests. That is one of the things that makes me the proudest and happiest.
“I really hope that Novica can assist me in introducing my products and our ceramic tradition to the rest of the globe. Thank you so much.”
