"Not every shade of blue is calm, and these earrings prove it. Indian designer Tishita Jain envisions four chunky blue quartz beads, swirling with deep cobalt crackle veining, suspended in a linear dangle from stainless steel hooks and separated by polished steel spacers. Bold, earthy and just a little untamed, they belong on someone who chooses their blue with intention."

Hi, I'm Tishita Jain, daughter of Mr. Rahul Jain, who has been a featured artisan for a long time now. I was born in New Delhi, India. Those who know me well describe me as someone who is friendly and has an eye for detail.
Since I'm the third generation of my family involved in silver jewelry and handicrafts, I have always been inclined towards this art. My family always supported my creativity and helped me enhance my knowledge. By discussing and executing my ideas with other artisans, I hope to give contemporary designs a chance by sharing new ideas. I plan on expanding my family's venture but, first, I want to become self-sufficient by associating myself with reputable organizations.
For my jewelry, I use sterling silver and precious gemstones that I procure from the local market. Only the sterling silver can be recycled. Once a gemstone is cut and set, it cannot be used again. Combining colors is my favorite part of this craft. They fascinate me, and I love being able to experiment with them. I visit remote villages to observe the local and tribal jewelry for inspiration.
Currently, I am starting out on my own, so I'm independent in all the aspects of my work. Since most of my designs are intricate and require a lot of attention, it is important that the artisans who collaborate with me have mastered their craft and are willing to adopt new ideas.

I thought it was pretty from the picture but it is 100000000 times prettier in person. It’s made so well. I love this necklace.
