My name is Made Masna, and I am from Ubud, Gianyar, where I was born in 1971. Growing up in a village known for its exquisite wood carving, I have always taken pride in our craft, which has played a vital role in supporting our local economy. My parents were both farmers and wood craftsmen, and I am the second of three siblings. My childhood was filled with joyful memories and adventures in nature, where we felt truly connected to the world around us. Despite the challenges of our modest means—often wearing just one pair of school uniforms and flip-flops—I was determined to excel in my studies, eventually pursuing a career in tourism. At the age of 21, I embarked on my professional journey in the hospitality industry, working in hotels like Bali Beat Hotel, Grand Hyatt, and Amanusa after completing a three-month training in tourism. Balancing work and education was tough, but it instilled in me a strong work ethic. Alongside my career, I dedicated time to meditation, sharing its benefits with others. This passion led me to create a special bead bracelet designed to channel positive energy, merging my love for meditation with my artisan skills. My interest in bead stones and their potential to foster positivity reflects my commitment to enhancing well-being in others. Yoga is another cherished aspect of my life, allowing me to feel at one with nature and spread positive energy. As a certified art of living yoga teacher, I am proud to conduct happiness programs in hotels, fostering joy and wellness. I am married with two sons, and my family means everything to me. After experiencing financial hardships in my youth, I feel immensely grateful to provide for my family and serve as a role model for my children. I am so happy to be able to share my handcrafted meditation bracelets, such as my Tridatu collection, which harmonizes birth, life, and death.
