I love depictions of animals. especially when they are animals you don't commonly see depicted as with llamas and rheas, two distinctly South American animals (my other tapestry from him is all condors). The red version of this rug doesn't begin to match the picture tonalities. The rug is so exquisite and vibrant I want more offerings in larger sizes. As soon as I laid the rug beside my bed my cat was in complete disbelief, "Really, this is for me?" She loves it. This is a spectacular piece of art--please consider making a 4'x6' and 5''x 8' size.

I purchased this wool birds in the sunset rug for our cabin master bedroom at Lake Tahoe. It is beautiful and well made and we just love the birds. I put it down on the floor or our master bedroom this last weekend and it just makes the whole room warmer. It would also be beautiful hung on the wall. The rug just sparkles.

I love depictions of animals. especially when they are animals you don't commonly see depicted as with llamas and rheas, two distinctly South American animals (my other tapestry from him is all condors). And while purple is my favorite color, I do like orange as well, and I saw there was a bit of purple in this. This tapestry currently occupies pride of place, on the door to my office. Which means that at close range, I've realized the faces of the cats are kind of creepy. But I'm not really sure how you could do better on a loom, and I have also seen much worse cat faces! As I look at them more, I think I definitely prefer : | to a badly done : 3 (the most popular simplified cat face), and it makes a lot more sense on a loom as well!
