I am the youngest of four children. My parents were elementary school teachers. They are such fun and gave freedom of expression to all their children. As a child, I liked to paint and eventually decided to major in panting at the Art Institute of Indonesia.
Today, painting is not a hobby anymore, but has become my profession. I'm happy to live as a painter. All the difficulties of my life, I consider as lessons to mature and make me tough to fight my battles. As a painter, my income is uncertain, so sometimes I don't have any money at all. When that happens, I respond with ease. I fast.
My country is unique, full of diversity and also with friendly citizens, so I've never thought of living in other countries. I am known as a friendly, cheerful and high-solidarity person.
The moment I love the most is in my worship when I experience the deepest connection with God. When I worship, I feel peace in my heart, a feeling which I pour into my painting. Many of my paintings have the sense of my neighborhood. I love to feel the temples that full of historical mysteries.
