Christiana The fabric is a substantial rayon and the sleeve cuffs roll up to a button fastener. I bought a M and it fits well. 5'5" 150 lbs. It has a hi-low hem. I love purple and am happy to add this to my closet. I can wear it loose over a cami and skirt or buttoned and tucked into casual pants or jeans. Very happy with my purchase!
