"This unique, oblong mask is the creation of Ghana's Joseph Boateng. The artisan hand carves the mask from local sese wood, sands the surface smooth, then decorates the piece with textured aluminum plate and the image of a lion. The mask is called Atongo, a Northern Ghanaian male name."
