I love the look of this bag, BUT the very first time that I wore it, the clasp to the shoulder strap broke in two, and the bag dropped off of my shoulder. I think the workmanship on the bag is far superior to whatever the material is which the clasps are made of, and I was hoping to let people Ms. Quispe know that she may want to reconsider her source for those clasps.
