I'm assuming that the item was damaged during shipping. When I tried it on multiple fluorite chips ended up on the floor. The necklace still seemed to be salvageable after removing the broken stones but when I went to wear it I found additional broken stones. By that time I had tossed the packaging so I couldn't easily return it. I have purchased other items from this artisan which arrived just fine so I'm assuming this was a one time mailing issue.

Another reviewer said "milky," good word. Three separate strands, so you can wear together or 1 or 2, or give three gifts to others! Excellent value. They fit snugly over my smallish hands and wrist, not for large bodies.
