"I started this world when I got married very young and had to start working on my own; I did all this without my family knowing, and when they found out, they kicked me out of the house, and that's when I started working at an acquaintance's workshop. When when I got kicked out of the house, I didn't have any tools or anything, and the person who helped me tremendously was a very close friend who provided me with great support.
"I describe my art as a way to express all my effort and dedication to my family; I started working to provide everything for my family, and I'm still doing it. What motivates me to create my art is the desire to learn more about the heritage that our ancestors have left us. I have always enjoyed learning about my culture and my ancestors. What I want to convey with my art is everything that the ancient Peruvian cultures have left for the world. I want everyone to know about the great artisans and creators they were. For me, this art means a lot in my life; it is the support of my family and my passion at the same time.
"One of my favorite hobbies is traveling; getting to know my own country as well as other countries and cultures.

This cross is literally the most beautiful I have ever seen. It is beautiful in the pic, but stunning in the hand. I opened this package (Very well packed) as I spoke to 3 neighbor friends, and when they saw it, we all went silent and just stared at it, then came the "Ohh wows" I recently discovered I was 23% Peruvian, and wanted something from the Area of the Andes to remind me, and I couldn't have chosen a better piece. Yes, as a collector of suns (this one, to mark the event of the eclipse), I loved this unique metal sun with its rich green base and the shiny gold accents. Brilliant! However, what I truly enjoyed the most was opening this treasure. The packaging was beautiful - a gorgeous burgundy print paper, a lovely bow and a tiny and colorful woven doll as a bow accent, along with a special card from the creator. I actually attached the bow, card and doll to the back of the sun before I hung it, so as to remember the joy I experienced when I opened it. CONSIDER THIS IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR SOMETHING SPECIAL AS A GIFT. Thank you for my latest, lovely sun!
